Water Hardness-

Soap does not completely dissolve in hard water. So you get soap scum on shower doors, in your hair, in your laundry, on your skin and you don't get "squeaky" clean when you bathe or shower in hard water.

Water Hardness-

Calcium scale build-up is the second major problem assocaited with hard water. With soft water, you have no scale, no mineral deposits on glassware, no scale deposits on plumbing fixtures and no damage to your expensive appliances. 

The ISF-150-AD Water Filter uses an innovative oxidation process that harnesses the oxygen naturally present in your water and the surrounding air to remove Iron, Hydrogen Sulfide, and Manganese. These contaminants are oxidized into particles, which are then captured by the filter media and efficiently removed during the automatic backwash cycle.

No chemicals are needed for the oxidation process, keeping your system eco-friendly. However, if your water contains bacteria, you may need additional water treatment chemicals for disinfection.
